How can we help?

Pickup

• Vehicles can be collected at Harstad/Narvik Airport Evenes (EVE) or another agreed location.

• Inspect the car for damage and take photos if needed.

• Ensure the fuel tank is full and that you have received the keys.

• Notice unreported damage? Contact us before driving.

During Your Rental

• Drive safely and follow Norwegian traffic laws.

• Only approved drivers may operate the vehicle.

• Smoking is not allowed.

• Vehicle use is limited to Norway unless otherwise agreed.

• Technical issues or accidents? Contact us immediately.

Fuel

• Vehicles are delivered with a full tank and must be returned full.

• Missing fuel: cost of fuel + 500 NOK refueling fee.

Returning the Vehicle

• Return to the agreed location and time, with a full tank.

• Late returns: extra rental charge + 500 NOK late fee.

In Case of an Accident

1. Ensure everyone is safe.

2. Contact emergency services if needed.

3. Take photos of the damage.
